Sales Representative

SG Peak Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, run estimates, and close jobs across BC. This is a commission-based role — you earn a percentage of every job you close, with no cap on what you can make. Most leads come from our website and referrals, not cold calls, so it's about building trust on-site and giving homeowners a clear, honest recommendation.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound estimate requests and schedule site visits
- Conduct roof inspections and give honest repair-vs-replace recommendations
- Build and present quotes, follow up with prospects, and close sales
- Maintain relationships with past customers for repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for
- Sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or home services
- Comfortable on rooftops for inspections
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
